Documentation

Fuzor is an HTML-first framework built on Vite and Effect. Write pages as HTML or Markdown folders, use Precompiled Resumable UI for native interaction, and embed third-party runtimes through Framework Islands. The compiler prepares static structure ahead of time; dynamic server work runs when needed.

The mental model

Three independent choices describe every Fuzor app:

ChoiceOptionsDecided by
Navigationspa: one document, the router swaps pages. mpa: one document per page, normal links.--target
DeliveryStatic files, or a Node/Cloudflare runtimeAutomatic for backend/request-rendered routes; --server forces it
InteractivityManaged native state/handlers, imperative scripts or Framework IslandsHTML module scripts and optional <fuzor-island> integrations

Pages are static by default. A server can serve those same prerendered documents alongside API endpoints and server data. Explicit request-rendering policies also run backend work against compiled templates before sending HTML; compiled server components remain an opt-in integration.

Frequently Asked Questions

Status

Fuzor is early software and these docs follow the current repository, including unreleased changes. The API can change between minor versions; the upgrade guide lists breaking changes. Node and Cloudflare delivery and Electron/Capacitor integrations have repository verification; they have distinct limits described in deployment and embedded apps. Automatic ISR storage and Vercel/Netlify adapters are not implemented.
